Our staff of highly trained and certified professionals will help you reach your goals in a non-intimidating and comfortable, friendly, welcome environment As a new member, your first benefit is our complimentary FITNESS CONSULTATION performed by a nationally, certified Personal Trainer, followed by TWO EXERCISE ORIENTATION SESSIONS with a Personal Trainer. These appointments are scheduled at your convenience to assure your safety and the results you are looking for. |

spacious cardio center features the most up to date and varied selection
of equipment. All elliptical machines and treadmills are equipped with
individual TV monitors. Vary your heart-healthy routine with Lifecycles,
Stair Climbers, Crossrobics, Rowing Machines, Schwinn Airdynes, Semi-Recumbent
Bikes, Free Runners and NordicTrac. To obtain the benefits of weight training, we offer three lines of strength and resistance equipment: Cybex, Body Masters, Hammer Strength and an upper body Gravitron. A dedicated space for stretching and functional training with dumb bells, Bosu balance balls, resistance bands and medicine balls adds to your workout. Enjoy
